Having the right computer is important for powering quality VR experiences. A good machine – with the right graphics card, CPU, and memory – ensures a quick and smooth experience in Prospect. We recommend the following computers to power your desktop VR experiences:

Laptops:

ASUS GX501 with GTX 1080 GPU: the ASUS GX501 is incredibly slim yet contains hardware similar to what many high-end desktop devices support. The laptops’ unique cooling system ensures that the computer runs cooly and quietly. Weighing in at only 2.2kg, we prefer this laptop because it is easy to transport to conferences or collaborative design review sessions.

MSI GS63VR with GTX 1060 GPU: MSI GS63VR supports VR experiences in Prospect, generating an immersive environment equipped with 360° surround sound, portable charging power and 10th generation VR ready graphics. Its advanced processors ensure better performance and a smoother VR experience.

Desktop computers:

BOXX S3 with GTX 1080Ti GPU: this workstation is one of the most popular configurations for CAD and 3D modeling applications. It can also support up to three professional GPUs, making it a great option for using Prospect.

ASUS G20CB-DB71 with GTX 1070 GPU: one of the most compact gaming desktops on the market, the ASUS G20CB is built for VR. Superb audio, physics, and haptics are designed to provide a realistic and immersive experience.
